AR9.2: Under Customer Interactions, The Action Status Is Not Updating On Owner Action List After Performing Action (Doc ID 3025660.1)

Symptoms


Upon upgrading to PUM 35, users need to refresh the Customer Interactions > Owner Action List page in order to see actions which were in Completed status on the Owner Action List.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Actions > Owner Action List;
2. Click on and “Perform Action” on any New action;
3. Click OK;
4. Action now shows complete – Click on OK;
5. Navigate back to Owner Action List and Action Status still shows new.
The status was previously updating to completed, so users could see which actions were completed without having to refresh the page.



Changes

 Upgrade from PUM #26 to PUM #35.
