Symptoms

 
Tuition calculation after term withdrawal reassigns the student to a new tuition group or triggers unrelated fees.
We expect the existing fees to be reduced, we don't expect new fees to be assessed


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Student Financials > Tuition and fees > Tuition Calculation
