E-PIA: When Reviewing a Submitted Payment Request, if the Reviewer Changes the Supplier to a Different Supplier with Multiple Locations and Clicks on 'Save for Later', the 'Exit', 'Previous', 'Save for Later' and 'Next' Buttons Stop Responding (Working)

Symptoms
When a Reviewer is reviewing a submitted Payment Request, if the Reviewer changes the Supplier to a different Supplier with multiple Locations and clicks 'Save for Later' and 'OK', then the 'Exit', 'Previous', 'Save for Later', or 'Next' buttons will stop working.
The issue can be replicated as follows.
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Vouchers > Payment Request Template.
3. Set Workflow Approval = AP – Review – No Workflow Approval.
4. Click Home button to go to Fluid Employee Self Service Home page and click the Payment Request tile.
5. Add a Payment Request.
6. Submit the Payment Request.
7. Click OK and observe the message "The current Payment Request will be submitted" and click OK to proceed.
8. In Payment Request Center page, the above Payment Request is listed.
9. Log out.
10. Log into PIA with a Reviewer ID.
11. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable WorkCenter.
12. Under Payments, select the Payment Requests for Review link.
13. Select the Payment Request added in the previous steps.
14. On the Summary Information page, click Next.
15. On the Supplier Information page, click the Supplier Search button.
16. Click the magnifying glass for Supplier ID.
17. On the Look Up Supplier ID page, select a Supplier ID with multiple Locations.
17. On the Select Supplier Location page, select a Supplier Location.
18. On the Supplier Information page, the new Supplier is displayed.
19. Click Save for Later.
20. Click OK to the following message received -- Payment Request (ID:xxxxxxxxxx) has been saved. (7060,24).
21. Click Exit -- Unable to exit the page.
22. Try to click Save for Later, Previous or Next and observe nothing happens.
