ELM: After Auto Mark Class Completion Process, Some Learners Not Marked Completed for a Class Because Survery Learning Component Does Not Exist for the Class Enrollment. (Doc ID 3026384.1)

Symptoms

After the Learning Component Survey was added to a particular Class, for some Learners the enrollment was not updated with the Learning Component Survey row, resulting in not being able to complete the Class.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Administrator and enroll Learners into the Class.
2. Then, Learners complete the Learning Component for the Class.
3. On a specified date, the Administrator adds the Learning Component Survey to the Class from Maintain Classes. And Learners' enrollment are updated with the Learning Component Survey.
4. Learners launch the Survey and complete.
5. Administrator runs the Auto Mark Class Completion Process and Learners are marked completed when both Learning Components are complete.
6. Then, Administrator access the Administer Class Roster for the Class and identified that some Learners without the Survey Learning Component remain in status In progress.
