E-CLOUD: Environment Provisioning Gave Error "Unable To Locate Archive (tgz) File For PS_APP_HOME" (Doc ID 3026468.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create middle tier (MT) for an environment created by database only imported, after provide a empty directory for ps_app_home and/or ps_custom_home config, provisioning fail with the following error

unable to locate archive (tgz) file for PS_APP_HOME



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open imported db tier env
2. From menu, manage nodes
3. Add MT, provide with ps_app_home and ps_custom_home from file server, with directory
4. Appy to scaling up the env
