Symptoms
When an administrator tries to Modify a Person using a custom Activity Guide, the Submit button does nothing. Changes are not saved and user is not transferred out of Activity Guide.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > AG Composer Templates.
2. Edit template PERSON2 to add a security role.
3. Navigate to Workforce Administrator homepage > Manage Human Resources tile > Modify Person tile.
4. Search for an employee.
5. Make changes to the employee's data as needed.
6. Select the Submit button.
7. When user is asked if they want to save, select the Yes button.
8. Message disappears but nothing happens - nothing is saved and the user remains on the same page.
