Symptoms
Apostrophe in Employee Last Name causes Display issue in Customer Name section of the Case
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Test using an Employee that has apostrophe in the Last Name Ex: O'Reilly
2. Navigate to HelpDesk > Search Cases: create a Case for this employee. In the Name section the Last Name with the apostrophe is not shown correctly.
