ABMGT: Fluid Leave Donation Doesn't Allow To Choose EMPL_RCD and Always Creates Event For EMPL_RCT 0, Even If Not Primary Job Record (Doc ID 3026829.1)

Symptoms

When a Leave Donation transaction is entered, there is no option to choose EMPL_RCD.  The process always uses EMPL_RCT 0, even if terminated or not the primary record.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Employee Self Service>Leave Transfer Requests>Donate Leave Request.
  2. When Recipient is chosen, the donation is posted to EMPL_RCD 0, even though it is terminated or not the primary record.
