Symptoms
Users receiving the below DOS error message on trying to run any nVision report from PIA.
DOS error number 3 occurred while trying to create directory d:\psft\pt\ps_cust_home/NVISION/INSTANCE\xxxx. (28,55)

Steps to Replicate:
------------------
1. Log into PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> PS/nVision -> PS/nVision Schedule Requests.
2. Select the Business Unit and Report ID.
3. Run the nVision report to any output type.
4. The process goes to Error with the above error message.
