E-CI: ExcelToCI - Add a Timeout Parameter To Connection Tab (Doc ID 3027524.1)

Goal

In the current PeopleTools releases, ExcelToCI uses ServerXMLHTTP60 object to connect to the PeopleSoft PIA web server. The default timeout in Excel is 30 seconds, which may not be sufficient in certain scenarios. An alternate solution to increase the client timeout is documented in E-ExcelToCI: How To Try and Avoid Timeouts When Uploading From ExcelToCI (Doc ID 1509108.1).

However, it will be more convenient for users if a timeout parameter is included on the ExcelToCI spreadsheet's Connection Tab.
