Symptoms

When attempting to open the Kibana page, there's no response and <KIB_HOME>/logs/Kibana.log shows:

The issue is reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Kibana.
2. Kibana page does not load.
3. Check errors in the log file.
