Symptoms

After uploading the first 3 patches of 2024 for GP Spain, when the payroll is calculated with retro, the process cannot be finalized.

The Calculate phase is completed successfully, however, the Finalize phase is greyed out and it cannot be run.

When checking the Payee Messages page, the following error is seen for the employee who has a retroactive adjustment.

Error message:
Element 00000000 has an invalid PIN ( 0). Valid range is 1 thru 300000. PIN not loaded.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll
2. Run a Calendar Group ID that processes retro adjustments with the "Calculate" phase enabled.
3. The process is completed successfully.
4. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Payee Messages > Payee Messages.
5. Search for the Calendar Group ID being calculated.
6. When looking at the employee with a retro adjustment, the Calculation status is in Error, with the above error message.
