E-IB: IB Node Password no longer issues prompt to confirm change in Tools 8.61 (Doc ID 3027761.1)

Symptoms

In pre-861 versions of PeopleTools when setting the IB Node password, users were prompted to confirm the password. If the password didn't change, the Confirm Password field was hidden.

With Tools 8.61, users are no longer prompted to confirm the password after making a change, instead a message popup is displayed rather than a prompt to confirm the password change

If the node is a local node (ie. target Peoplesoft enviorment), the Confirm Password edit box stays hidden and is never displayed.

For the Default Local Node the Confirm Password edit box is visible, but doesn't seem to be used, because if the password is changed, the password in the Confirm Password box does not require reentry as no prompt is provided to do so, and saves with no errors
