E-PPR: 'Between' Operator Is Not Working on Pages Using Configurable Search (Doc ID 3027786.1)

In Configurable Search, when searching using the 'between' operator, the "from" value gets updated with the "to" value, and the "to" value is blanked out, causing the search results to be incorrect and not according the original search criteria. It was expected that the search results would be according to the search criteria that was entered.

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
[Using Campus Solutions PUM Image# 31, PT 8.60.12 as example]

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Ctr (Student), or Student Financials > View Customer Account, Campus Community > Service Indicators > Person > Manage Service Indicators, or Student Recruiting > Add/Update a Person..
2. For the 'Last Name' field criteria, use the 'between' operator.
3. Click the 'Search' button.
4. Observe that the "from" value gets updated with the "to" value, and the "to" value is blanked out.
5. Observe that the search result is not according to the original search criteria that was entered.
