When The Primary Incumbent Of a Position Has A Name Change The Change Is Not Reflected in the Manage Primary Incumbents Tile (Doc ID 3028102.1)

Symptoms

When using Primary Incumbents, a Manager who is listed as the primary Incumbent had their name changed.

After running the application engine job POSN_PRI_AE to update the primary incumbents , the name change is still not visible in the Manage Primary Incumbents Tile

and the table POSN_PRI_INCUMB does not show the change


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify the name of a Position's Primary Incumbent
  2. Run “POSN_PRI_AE” PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Requests
  3. View Primary Incumbents. Navigate Management >Manage Primary Incumbents and the name change is not shown
