Symptoms
While trying to access the National ID page, the following Error occurs:
A PeopleCode program for the specified reference failed to compile correctly for the indicated reason.
In Application Designer, open the referenced program and examine the PeopleCode to locate the cause of the error.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to National ID page: Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Personal > National ID Type > National ID Type
2.The above Error occurs.

Updating to PUM Image 45 and PeopleTools 8.60.05.
