Symptoms

On: Process Scheduler

Sporadically, Processes are not initiating/starting in a timely manner on any Process scheduler.

 Java exception thrown: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

OR

PSDSTSRV.1651134 (1878) [2024-05-28T08:12:16.569 PostReport] - - - (1) Notify REN Cluster Error -- HTTP POST to REN server failed.  HTTP status = 900.
