Symptoms
After upgrading to PT 8.60, Download to Excel is not working in Query Manager page. The issue only occurred in one environment not in DEMO.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager or Query Viewer.
3. Search for a query (for example: PTPORTALTILES)
4. Run to Excel.
