Symptoms
When attempting to update Cloud Manager, the following error occurs during Deploy PUM Source Environment Step:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-65149: PDB name conflicts with existing service name in the CDB or the PDB
ORA-65149: PDB name conflicts with existing service name in the CDB or the PDB
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Self Update in Cloud Manager
