Symptoms
When attempting to update Cloud Manager, the following error occurs:
Found duplicate environment in database: CDMSLFUPDXXXX
Note: "XXXX" is a random number e.g. CDMSLFUPD9963
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Self Update in Cloud Manager
