ETL9.2: Comp. Time Transaction History Disappearing From Comp. Time Fluid Tile.

Symptoms
When an employee enters a comp. time take transaction on their timesheet, only the latest transaction appears on the leave/comp time details page, disregarding previous entries.
Here's how to replicate the issue:
1. An employee has earned comp time in 2023 (with an expiration date of 1/1/2089).
2. The first instance of using these hours occurs on 1/8/2024 by navigating to Time > Enter Time and entering the comp time taken.
3. After running TimeAdmin via Time and Labor > Process Time > Request Time Administration, accessing the employee's comp time details through Team Time > Leave / Comp Time reveals only the most recent entry (1/8/24), with no history shown.
