E-Fluid: Total Rewards Template Not Showing RTF Editor For Employee Communication (Doc ID 3029170.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Compensation

The Total Rewards template is not showing the CKeditor for Employee Communication section whereas it is expected to appear on Employee Communication Section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Compensation > Total Rewards > Define Template
 2. Not RTF Editor is not present
