Symptoms

When users select the Enrollment Preview Statement, the following error displays on the page:

Invalid row number 31 for class Rowset method DeleteRow.
BAS_STATEMENT.Pages.ViewStatementPage.OnExecute Name:setElections PCPC:16139 Statement:146
Called from:BAS_STATEMENT.Pages.ViewStatementPage.OnExecute Name:PageActivate Statement:37
Called from:BAS_STMT_VIEW_SCF.Activate Statement:2


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in and navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Benefits Statements.
  2. Select to view the Enrollment Preview Statement to see the error.
