Symptoms
When trying to complete the required quarterly reporting for the MTCMT MTA-305 Quarterly Report, using the Payroll Summary (PAY018) was not clear cut to produce the required information.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the US Payroll Summary Report (PAY018)
- Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Pay Period Reports > Payroll Summary
2. Review the results and attempt to create a Quarterly Report for New York MTCMT MTA-305 which made it difficult if any differences existed between Federal MED/ER Wages and combined taxable gross for P0023 (zone 1) + P0047 (zone 2).

Legislative Change for New York to produce quarterly reporting for the Metropolitan Commuter Transportation Mobility Tax (MTCMT) for new zones P0023 (zone 1) and P0047 (zone 2).
