Goal

Is it possible to and, if so, how to view more than 100 search results at a time?

Context:
Users are asking if it is possible to view all search results in a Component Search Page. The PeopleTools Options is configured with the default value to show 100 search results (PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > PeopleTools Options, Default rows in search results). Even if that settings is increased, users are never able to see more than 100 search results at a time. Is there a way to allow a user to view more than 100 search results at a time?
