Symptoms

When running Actuals Distribution, receiving a unique constraint error in the log file generated.

Application Program Failed
 In Pgm Section : LOAD-JOB-DATA(JOB ARRAY)
 With Return Code: 00000
 Error Message : ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PAY_ERN_DIST_PK) violated



Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Actuals Distribution for an employee with same values in Company, Paygroup, Pay_End_Dt, Off_Cycle, Page_Num, Line_Num, SepChk, Erncd, Fiscal_Year,
  Accounting_Period, Acct_Cd, Budget_Data. However, the row has different Earns_End_Dts.
2. COBOL Abends
