ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade, unable to Schedule/ Run the process "Create T4A PDF Slips" - No process instance is created.


STEPS to REPRODUCE
-----------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Year-End Processing CAN > T4/T4A Reporting > Create T4A PDF Slips

2. Enter the required fields on the run control

3. Run the process

4. Process instance number is 0 and no Process is scheduled.
