Fee Is Not Getting Charged In Addition to the Course’s Term Fee . (Doc ID 3030080.1)

Symptoms

When running Tuition Calculation,  Item Types such as the Student Council Fee, College Publication Fee and Library Fee are not being calculated and have a zero Value . The issue occurs with 2  users.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Financials > Item Types > Adda new Value
2. Main Menu > Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation > Calculate Tuition and Fees
