E-SEC: “Copy User Profiles” Is Allowing Blank User Id’s To Get Created in 8.61 Tools Release (Doc ID 3031502.1)

Symptoms

In 8.61 tools, "Copy User Profiles" functionality is allowing to create blank user id's without throwing any error.

This issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Security -> User profiles -> Copy User profiles.
2. Provide the password and save the page without giving the user id.
3. Page gets saved with blank user id.


Changes

 This issue happens only after upgrading to 8.61 tools.
