E-SSL: SSL Not Working With Error "No identity key/certificate entry was found under alias" (Doc ID 3031582.1)

Symptoms

SSL is not working and running into below error in PS_CFG_HOME/webserv/<Domain>/servers/PIA/logs when booting PIA

Error:
-------
<Emergency> <Security> <BEA-090034> <Not listening for SSL, weblogic.management.configuration.ConfigurationException: No identity key/certificate entry was found under alias <alias> in keystore /path/to/pskey on server PIA..>  


Issue can be replicated by:
------------------------------
1. Create CSR and import the signed certificate in the WebLogic keystore.
2. Update the alias name in the WebLogic console and leave the keystore password empty.
