Symptoms

One is unable to create new webserver domain on a Peopletools environment on Windows (in below example and paths one is using Peopletools 8.59.14 on
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2019 for replication but this issue is specific to any Peopletools version on Windows) using below:


Replication steps:
------------------------
1. Open a command prompt;
2. Go to PS_HOME\setup\PsMpPIAInstall and run following commands:
3. setup.bat -i silent -DRES_FILE_PATH=<PS_HOME>\setup\PsMpPIAInstall\resp_file.txt


Error:

BUILD FAILED
<PS_HOME>\setup\PsMpPIAInstall\scripts\wlsdomain.xml:722: The following error occurred while executing this line:
<PS_HOME>\setup\PsMpPIAInstall\scripts\wlsdomain.xml:60: The following error occurred while executing this line:

Replace: source file <PS_CFG_HOME>\webserv\<domain_name>\config\config.xml doesn't exist

Meanwhile pia_install.log in <PS_CFG_HOME>\webserv\<domain_name> shows:

java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError...Caused by java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException:
