Last updated on DECEMBER 11, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Financial Aid - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After applying Patch 36670201: POC FOR BUG 36622653 - COD PELL OUTBOUND DISBURSEMENT FILE ENROLLMENT INTENSITY INCORRECT IF LESS THAN FULL TIME, and if Pell Origination was run BEFORE the POC was available or applied, if the student has a change in enrollment, the new enrollment intensity value is not getting updated when running Pell Origination Adjustments,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Award the student Pell Grant at 100%. Full Time for both Fall and Spring
2. Run Pell Origination and note that the Enrollment Intensity percentage is 100 for both Fall and Spring disbursement rows.
3. The student then enrolls for 6 Units for the Fall term and the FA Term is rebuilt to update the FA Load and Enrollment Intensity values to reflect Half Time and 50%.
4. Update the student's Pell Processing Status to Pending to run Pell Origination Adjustments to update the Enrollment Intensity to reflect the actual percentages.
5. Review the student's Pell Disbursement data after Pell Origination is run and note that the Enrollment Intensity percentage does not update for Fall to show 50%
