GPCHE: When Run the Swissdec Dashboard on MSSQL Server, GPCHSI08 SQR Report Fails with "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The multi-part identifier "p1.cal_id" could not be bound." Error. (Doc ID 3032516.1)

Symptoms

When run the Swissdec dashboard for Domain 1 the GPCH_ELM process goes to No success.
The SQR report GPCHSI08 fails with the below error message on MSSQL Server because the report has been delivered with lower-case alias and column names.

  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The multi-part identifier "p1.cal_id" could not be bound.
(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbdesc: SQLNumResultCols error 207 in cursor 19:
  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'cal_id'.
(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbdesc: SQLNumResultCols error 4104 in cursor 19:
  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The multi-part identifier "p1.seg_bgn_dt" could not be bound.
(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbdesc: SQLNumResultCols error 11501 in cursor 19:
  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The batch could not be analyzed because of compile errors.

Error on line 2605:
  (SQR 3716) Error in SQL statement.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the payroll
Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll
2. Run the Swissdec dashboard for Domain 1
Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > XML based reporting CHE
