After Applying PUM 30 The Assign Tasks Process (SCC_TM_ASIGN) Experiences Increased Processing Time (Doc ID 3032949.1)

After applying up to PUM 30, the Assign Tasks process experienced a substantially increased processing time.  Prior to applying maintenance including PUM 30 and beyond the queries used with the Assign Tasks process ran in an acceptable time.  PUM 30 and beyond delivered a new record, PEOPLE_SRCH_BND.  This new record has been incorporated into the queries used.  The expectation is the Assign Tasks will run in the same amount of time after incorporating the new PEOPLE_SRCH_BND record in the queriies.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Campus Community, Task Management WorkCenter, Task Configuration, Assign Tasks;
2.  Complete the run control;
3.  Submit the process to the process scheduler;
4.  Note the increased time to run in the process monitor.
   
   
   
   

Changes

 PUM 30 maintenance and beyond was applied.
