Symptoms

The site is on PT8.60.08, FSCM PI 48.

When subscribing IB message vendor_sync, the following error shows up in app server log.

"PSSUBHND_xxxx.11996 (153) [2024-05-13T07:12:13.321 SubConProcess] - - - (2) WARNING: SQL object in BulkMode was not closed properly in the PeopleCode. Add a call to the Close method when finished with the SQL object."
