When attempting to deploy the Health center dashboards from PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Administration -> Configure Monitoring Server page, the following error occurs.

Called from:PTSF_ES_STATWRK.PTSF_KIBANA_DEPLOY.FieldChange Statement:1
Integration Gateway was not able to contact the external system. The network location specified may be incorrect, or the site is permanently or temporarily down.

Replication Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Search Framework -> Administration -> Configure Monitoring Server page.
2. Select the appropriate dashboards and deploy it.
