1.  Express Add (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add)
      Field(s): Parent/Child in Asset Additional Information section

2.  Basic Add (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Basic Add)
      Field(s): Fair Value

3.  Lease Express Add (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Leased Assets > Lease Express Add)
      Field(s): FV Template ID, FV Group ID, Guaranteed Residual Value, Guaranteed Residual Percent, Minimum Lease Payments (MLP), Present Value Lease Payments, Capitalized Lease Amount

4.  Add/Copy Asset Book (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Book Information > Add/Copy Asset Book)
