Symptoms
When a user attempts to send a notification from an Insights dashboard, the following error occurs: ERROR

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member GetKeyInfoCollection.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. In one of the Details sections of the Life Events Insights, select the Notification link for an employee (Navigation: Workforce Administrator homepage > Manage Benefits tile > Life Events Insights tile).
2. On the HR Notification page, select Alert and Email, enter the employee to receive the notification in the To field, a Subject and a Message.
3. When user attempts to send the email, the error displays.
