Symptoms

PTSF_GENFEED process is failing intermittently in ELM.

This happens for several days where instances of the process PTSF_GENFEED generated a no success result, with this happening to two different run controls and always at the same hour.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Check the Process Monitor page.
    PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor.
2. Notice a instance of the PTSF_GENFEED has Status No Success.
3. The next instances have the Status Success.
