Symptoms

After installing PeopleTools 8.61 and higher customers are  seeing a lot of stderr/ stdout files with zero bytes are getting created in LOGS directory for the application server domain (<PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<domain>/LOGS) or Process Scheduler domain (<PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/prcs/<domain>/LOGS)
