EAP: Hardcoding in Payment Advice Causes Configured Template to be Ignored (Doc ID 3036739.1)

Symptoms

The cording in Application Package PeopleCode AP.Payment.XMLPaymentAdvice OnExecute (Method: GetOutputFile) to effectively ignored any customer configured template even if it's set as default template.
User should be allowed to insert custom template ID and set as default template

This issue is similar to below KM and Bug:
