Symptoms
When entering an Accounting Tag on the Journal Entry page Journal Line times out or takes a very long time to respond.Tabbing out of a field should not take 3+ minutes.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1.General Ledger->Journals->Journal Entry->Create/Update Journal Entry, the user keys an accounting tag.
