E-PIA : After the PeopleTools Patch Upgrade the RTE Toolbar is not Visible on the PIA Pages (Doc ID 3037295.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the PeopleTools patch version to 8.61.04/8.60.14 or higher, in PIA pages Rich Text Editor(RTE) toolbar is not visible for the Long Edit box that is enabled with Enable Rich Text.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:-

1. Upgrade the patch to 8.60.14.

2. Open an existing page with RTE enabled field.

3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Password Configuration > Forgot My Password Email Text and click the Forgot My Password Email Text tab.

4. RTE tool bar is not visible.
