Symptoms

After applying maintenance,  users are unable to enroll some students in some classes.  The following error does not occur with each enrollment transaction performed.  I

The error can occur with any enrollment process, such as Enrollment Request, or Quick Enroll.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment, Enroll Students, Quick Enroll;
2. Select an emplid;
3. Enroll the student in a class;
4. Note the error that is displayed.
