Symptoms

When trying to generate BI Publisher report, following error occurs:-

Error generating report output: (235,2309) PSXP_RPTDEFNMANAGER.ReportDefn.OnExecute Name:ProcessReport PCPC:90184 Statement:1776
"The value of either leader-length or rule-thickness proprty is too large".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Time and Labor > Reports > Leave and Compensatory Time
2. Select Run Control ID
3. Run Process to Web & PDF location.
