Symptoms
The Retrieve Lockbox Files process fails with a unique constraint violation when uploading multiple lockbox files together.
The two lockbox files have unique Batch IDs specified within the file.
This issue does not arise if the files are individually processed. I.e. if one file is taken and uploaded it is staged successfully. If this file is processed by running Payment Loader Process before the second file is uploaded into staging tables, by running AR25001 then there is no error encountered. Both files are processed successfully if staging tables have only one file at a time.
Replication steps:
1. Run Retrieve Lockbox Files process AR25001 to Upload Multiple Files That Are Having Unique Batch IDs.
