GPCHE: Error "File Validation Failed (17051,197)" on Monthly XML CHE Source Tax When Employee and His Spouse Have the Same Home Address Outside of Switzerland (Doc ID 3038150.1)

Symptoms

The monthly dashboard validation for Provider Type QST-IS fails with the following error, if an employee has a HOME address outside of Switzerland and her spouse has the same address as the employee.

File Validation Failed (17051,197). There are validation errors. Please check the log and apply the required changes. If the error sustains contact your system administrator.


Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person.
2. Search Employee ID and verify his Home address.
3. Navigate to  Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Personal Relationships > Dependent Information and make sure that the employee's spouse has the same Home address.
4. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > XML based reporting CHE > Monthly XML CHE and execute the process.
5. Review the XML result.
6. The above error is displayed.
