From fluid Job Action Summary for an Employee with terminated Additional Job, click Create Job Action, enter Effective Date , Effective Sequence, and Action ADL, receive an error message.
Note: If do the exact transaction in job classic and do not have this validation.



ERROR MESSAGE:

This additional assignment cannot be reactivated when its controlling instance is not active. Additional assignments can exist only within timeframe of the controlling instance. Once the controlling instance is made inactive, then all of its additional assignments must also made inactive. Either reactivate the controlling instance or create a new instance for this assignment.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in as an Administrator
2) From fluid Job Action Summary for the Employee, click Create Job Action
3) {enter} Effective Date , Effective Sequence, and Action ADL, receive an error message.
