Symptoms

PYLOAD went to no success with the following error:

000206 NO TAX DISTRIBUTION RECORD

Employee is required to have at least one tax distribution record to define work state/locality.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the Paysheet Load program - Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Load Paysheet Transactions
2. The process fails.
