TAM: When Updating the Disposition through Interview > Final Recommendation the Disposition is Updated, but the Status Date Is Not Updated (Doc ID 3038368.1)

Symptoms

When updating the disposition through Interview > Final Recommendation (this also updates the disposition), the disposition is updated, but the status date is not updated and stays the same.
The status date should be updated in accordance with the disposition change of the application.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. For an existing applicant, create a new interview evaluation using the interview button.
    Recruiting > Manage Job Opening page: Applicant tab
2. Create the interview evaluation and fill in the overall rating and recommendation:
    Open the Manage Interviews page and save having selected a final recommendation (in this case, 110 reject).
3. Check the disposition of the application: this has been updated to 110 Reject. However, the status date has not been updated.
4. The applicant history proves the reject date should have been updated to the date when the change was added.
